Trevor Mullen discovered his passion for plumbing early on, recognizing it as a hands-on trade where he could make a real difference in people’s lives. After deciding that a career as a firefighter wasn’t the right fit, he turned his focus to plumbing—finding fulfillment in solving problems and helping customers with reliable, high-quality service.

In 2016, just three months after the birth of their first son, Trevor took a leap of faith and launched Mullen Plumbing. With only a van, his plumbing expertise, and a drive to succeed, he worked tirelessly—often seven days a week—to build the company from the ground up.

As the business grew, so did the Mullen family. For five years, Ashley stayed home, raising their two young boys while supporting the business behind the scenes. But as their children entered school, she joined Mullen Plumbing full-time in 2020, bringing her business acumen and creativity to the company. While she’s never held a wrench, Ashley’s impact is felt in every part of the business. She thrives on creating efficient systems, developing new ideas, and helping Mullen Plumbing run smoothly and effectively.

Today, Mullen Plumbing is a trusted name in the community, known for honest service, exceptional workmanship, and a commitment to treating every customer like family. When they’re not hard at work, Trevor and Ashley enjoy spending time outdoors with their boys, and living an active lifestyle.
